Going for a second baby

Hi anyone got any advice on when to start thinking about trying for a second baby? I’ve had a very long (10 year) IVF journey and finally we had our baby. We still have 3 embryos frozen and I am more optimistic than ever knowing that my son is from the same bunch 😊 My son is 6 months now and I’m 43 so thinking about do we try for a second? I also had a C-section. What are people’s experiences of going for another? When did you start?
