Second Injections

I was told I didnt 'have' to but now my LG is so alert she was upset for ages so I gave it incase she was struggling with pain. I was told 1st & 3rd jabs are the ones to give calpol/paracetamol 3 times

i did but my little girl was absolutely fine with her second lot x

I would if the become irritable x

Thank you . I was told the same that I didn’t have to and my little boy seems fine so I’ll only give if he gets a temp

I gave mine to my little boy, I’m so glad I did because he was so instilled after his second set compared to the first

I had to give mine after the 2nd lot as he had a high temp which he didn’t get on his first lot. X

I gave calpol straight after as it helped soothe him and then didn’t need any more (over 24 hours ago)

I have it straight away it when it wore off she didn’t have a temp and never got a temp so didn’t give any more after that

I gave it a few hours later due to her being so unsettled and seemed in pain :( only the one dose though x

The nurse said didn’t have to but I gave one dose when we got home. He was fine and didn’t need any more doses - completely different experience to the first set of jabs x

We had a temp and seems in a lot of discomfort/pain. She’s had 3 doses now and hoping we’re through the worst!
