Formula feeding and volume increase and noting down
When you are noting down how much you LO has fed do you include the volume increases or not?
So if making 150ml and they drink it all are you noting 150 or 160 with the volume increase of the powder?

By volume increase do you mean the foamy stuff? You should note down what you actually made , not what the foam makes it look like
@Elle I think they mean, if you add 150ml of water to the formula powder, it’ll actually make 160ml of formula

I put it down as 160 if that’s what it shows on the bottle, not sure if that’s correct but it’s what I’ve always done!
