CD18 and no positive OPK, when to take bloodwork?

My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months and this is my first time on letrozole 2.5 mg. I was instructed to take the meds CD3-7. I’m currently CD18, my highest LH level was 0.56 on CD12 and has been trending down since then and I’ve never gotten a peak on the OPKs. My doctor instructed me to get bloodwork done between CD18-21 but my question is since I haven’t peaked in my LH, when should I go? What if I don’t peak by CD21? Feeling discouraged.

My doc told me after you get positive ovulation 7th day you should do your blood work. If you didn’t get positive ovulation by the cd21 inform your dr

My doctor had me come in on cd 12 for a mid cycle scan to see size of lining and follicles. She wanted them a bit bigger/thicker so I came in again on CD 14, got the trigger shot, then got my peak on CD 16. Your body may been a higher dose of letrozole and a trigger shot to initiate ovulation. As well as the mid cycle scan to see if meds are working how they should! I would contact your doctor to let them know what’s going on and see what they want you to do. They may have you go in asap for bloodwork or scan to see what body is doing. Best of luck!! 🥰
