Confused

Hi guys, I had a mc on 7th feb, I was 4 weeks. I only bled for around 5 days. This was also during the time my period was due.. the bleed wasn’t that much but definitely was not implantation, as there were some clots. My preg tests at this time were negative. However I have done 2 pregnancy tests a couple of days ago and there has been a v v v faint line on both? So a little confused. I don’t feel like I have any preg symptoms like I did before e.g my boobs are not as hard as before. My husband and I have been baby dancing since I stopped bleeding. We have been dancing everyday, apart from 3 days.
