Happy birthday son💙

My sweet rainbow boy made his entrance this morning at 7.22am. After being due to have my waters broken yesterday (19.02) to them naturally breaking. Being in overnight due to group b strep. Not really contracting until
4am to him being in my arms. I wouldn’t change a thing. Estimated to be a slightly bigger baby but came out a tiny 7lb 5oz 🥹. So Luka-Jack, happy birthday my boy🌈👶🏻💙

we were told at 36 weeks he was 7lb 2oz on the 91st percentile! He was born at 39+1 at 7lb 5oz

Aw thank you for getting back to me. It's all a guestimate isn't it but now we've reached 40 weeks I'm happier for induction to go ahead x

honestly you have to take the estimates with a pinch of salt sometimes they can be really accurate and other times completely wrong, I was told my son would be tiny and weigh no more than 5lbs he came out at 8lbs😂x

hahaha I'm worried they may be underestimating his size and he'll be a good 10 pounder 😂 but he'll need to be delivered some way so just trying to go with the flow! Xx

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?
