Visiting Blacks Beach at 34 weeks pregnant?
My fiancé and I are having our babymoon in SD, and I’m interested in visiting Blacks Beach. Some forums online have said that it can be dangerous getting there, how true is that? Is it doable when so pregnant? Pre-pregnancy I wouldn’t question it (have lived and hiked moderate to difficult trails in Hawai’i and Colorado) but since I’ll be so pregnant I don’t know.

The hike back up is pretty intense! There are also definitely areas of the hike that can be a little slippery. The Torrey pines hike is absolutely beautiful and a lot less steep and there are nice beaches pretty close to there as well

I hate heights so I couldn’t do it. Some girls were drinking white claws while going down so if you have some coordination you should be fine. I’ve seen small kids do the hike too.
