I have a cystoxele, rectocele and uterine prolapse! Since my second baby around 10 years ago. No terrible symptoms really and I've been plodding along doing pelvic floor exercises and using a ring pessary to help the few symptoms i do have. I've even had 2 more babies since with no issues! Just being back to gynea today to discuss a surgical repair bow that I've finished my family. It could be any of the above prolapses, and no, it doesn't have to be hanging out ofnyou, there are different degrees of prolapse. If it's not causing you any symptoms then there's nonreal cause for alarm, it's probably quite mild and can be managed by pelvic floor exercises and seeing a women's health physio x
I know it sounds weird but I had a slight prolapse with my first and sometimes it can reverse itself naturally too.. mine did after 8 months and I did some vaginal tightenings a day sometimes too which probably helped too x
Thank you all - I have booked a doctors apt and will see what they say 🙈
Could be a rectocele, which I think is somewhat common after birth / weakened pelvic floor! https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pelvic-organ-prolapse/
