Milk before bed

Bottle in room then sleep, still a bottle

Depends on the night, sometimes downstairs and then a story and then up to bed but most nights shes shattered so it ends up being right before sleep, still in a bottle

Mine tends to sip at it all through the bedtime routine from a straw bottle then discards it when she’s ready to be put down in her cot x

Still milk in a bottle. We give the bottle at 7.30, get ready for bed (nappy, sleep bag, teeth etc) at 7.45 and upstairs and asleep for 8

Milk downstairs in a bottle then asleep an hour later x

Milk in bottle after bath and pj’s during story time then teeth then sleepsuit and in the cot x

Bottle downstairs read book then bed time routine- bath, wash, teeth and then bed x

Mine is bottle dependant for sleep. I know I should do something about it but she’s been sleeping through the night for 1 week and I’m not messing with it.

she will have a bottle while watching in the night garden then once that episode has finished she goes to bed in her room x

@Jen I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that at all! If the same worked for my little one, I’d do the exact same and definitely wouldn’t change anything. I don’t think there’s a right or wrong to be honest, it’s what works for you and your family 💖
