Swollen Feet/Ankles

I’m 3 days post c-section and my feet seem to be getting more swollen. I’m keeping up with the blood clot injection so am just wondering if this seems normal?

When does the swelling reduce?

Same thing happened to me I asked at my 5 day check up the doctor said it was all the fluid that used to go to baby it would go down eventually and it took about 2 weeks to go back to normal

I would personally go get it checked to be safe.

Was about 2-3 weeks before my swelling went - although 1st week I was completely bed bound so that wouldn’t have helped

My midwife warned me they would get worse before they got better. She said it was totally normal. She also warned me that usually when they go down it’s usually through night sweats. I can’t remember how long it took (a few weeks I think)

I was super swollen for 2 weeks after. In fact, I was so swollen that some of my stretch marks are from post c-section rather than pregnancy. 🤣

I was swollen for about 10 days before they started to go down. Midwife said completely normal. Just keeping wearing the socks!

I wasn’t given any socks..😬
