Could you get in contact with the other parents, so that maybe you can have playdates? But I do think that at this age they are really quick at making friends, so for me this wouldn’t be a reason to stay
I kind of feel like that’s a win. Only 2 kids less chance of getting sick , more attention from the teacher .Once more kids sign up it’ll get even better . In my own opinion: it’s more important to me having a teacher I like and can trust over my son having more friends at daycare . My son does only go part time so We have extracurricular activities and playdates for that . So I guess it depends on if he’s there full time and if he has other sports or classes he’s in ?
@Karen Sangha good point! He is there full time and we don't have time for much outside of it since we both work full time! She also isn't planning on getting any more kids. There are definetley pros to having only 3 kids, the problem is just if they're both out sick he has been alone a few times. Also being an only child I really want him to have more socialization
@Eileen so true. I actually haven't even met the other moms because we pick up/drop off at different times but I'm thinking I'll ask the provider if she could give them my number and let them know I want to get in touch for play dates
That brings up another reason to leave too actually, I'd like to meet more parents
I would change !!
