FYI Gestational diabetes side effect
Had my test on Wednesday morning (fast 12hrs, blood test, drunk glucose drink, wait 2hrs, blood test) which was fine. But on my early commute to work next morning I came all over all nauseous like I was actually going to throw up, really hot and sweaty, dizzy and thought I may faint (may have fainted in my seat!) lasted prob a minute but felt like ages. Was scary but I’m pretty sure it was an effect of the test previous day. Didn’t happen again. I just ate straight away to get my blood sugars up and drank water. So just wanted others to be aware this may happen x

Just wondered if you’ve had your results yet? I had mine Wednesday morning too and I’m taking that I haven’t heard anything as a good sign but really want to know either way
They told me to call the next day, I did and I do have it 🤦🏼♀️ may be worth calling to check but I’d imagine if they haven’t called you that hopefully means you don’t have it! Good luck!
