3 year old wakes up screaming
My 3.5 year old has been waking up in the middle of the night (hence why I’m posting at 3am) screaming. And it’s always over the stupid freaking reasons. Like this morning, it was because her hair had knot in it😐 I would just let her cry it out, but she’s right next to her brother and I don’t want to wake him up. We’ve had a talk about you can’t do this, just go back to sleep but she’s been doing it for months.

My 3yo does this, has been for about 2 months now, I imagine he's having nightmares, just needs some cuddles and loves to go back to sleep ... Tho he has primarily started sleeping with my husband when it happens x

If it’s the same time every night then it could be night terrors, try waking her up 10 mins before she usually wakes up and she should “grow out of it” in about a week. Or she’s overtired, try putting her to sleep an hour earlier or giving her a nap in the day/dropping the nap so she’ll go to sleep earlier
