They haven’t got the pets at cadburys garden centre anymore 😓 I went last week! Just the fish 🐠 but little one still loved it! Also jump soft play, they have a baby and toddler part 😃

There's a softplay in the galleries in town, haven't been there though. Libraries (try different ones if you always go to the same one), swimming, museums. Also I often embrace the rain and go for puddle walks as a free alternative. It is hard though, when it's a rainy day in school holidays when there's not any playgroups etc on.

Mine love going to Cadbury garden centre to look at the animals and the fish, there is also a cool play place called The Treehouse within the garden centre, can be a little pricey though.
