Exclusively Pumping

I’m currently exclusively pumping and bottle feeding my 10 day old. How does everyone warm their breast milk on the go, whilst out and about? Xx

This time, someone bought me a travel warmer, and I've actually been using it at home too because it's so easy to use. I think they run from like $30-50. Last time before I got the travel warmer, I would let the bottle get to room temp (only good for 2 hours once it hits room temp, I'd sometimes do a frozen bag so it'd take longer to get to room temp) and then I'd put it in hot water that I brought in a thermos (would sometimes ask restaurants for a cup of hot water, like for tea). I would often stick the whole bottle in the thermos, close the lid, and just leave it there for like 5-10 minutes.

We don’t bother. When my baby gets a bottle they get it cold lol. She’s never complained/refused it. We did warm it for the first few days but then after that it was such a hassle we stopped bothering and little one was fine with it! I know if you’re at a restaurant you can ask them to warm it or ask them for a mug of hot water and just put the bottle in the mug for a few minutes. Or bring a thermos with hot water out with you. But really … you don’t need to bother

I use the mom cozy bottle warmer

I used to put my milk in breastmilk bags and then take a wide necked flask with hot water and put the bag in it for a few minutes to warm it, or at home run it under the hot tap x

I don’t really bother but if it’s very cold I’ll put the bottle inside my top or coat pocket till lukewarm. Neither of my kids have been fussy on the temperature.

Run it under hot tap/in a jug with hot water in

I have a £7 thermos. I put freshly boiled water in and it stays warm for ages. When it's super cold I just find somewhere for a tea and ask for hot water in it as it never stays warm long enough.

Inoby bottle warmer works really well
