Sitting

Babe my baby was born on June 27 and he’s not even doing 30 secs! It’s just their own time but don’t worry because I’ve been panicking too hahah! But I’ve asked a lot of people and everyone’s baby’s are different!

My son was born on the 15th July and is nowhere near sitting independently! I worried a lot but then realised he’ll get there in his own time

My baby was born 29th, we’re under physio for other reasons and the physiotherapist said my baby is sitting but I didn’t count it as sitting as she slumped forwards but holds her head up. I assumed sitting independently was sat upright lol I learnt something even tho she’s my 6th baby 😂 xx

My LG was born on the 1st of July and py just started sitting completely straight up unaided, although she can wobble at times 😅 although my HV said she was sitting well before when she was leaning slightly forward

My girl is the 18th July and on Monday couldn’t even do a few seconds on her own, and since Tuesday she can now sit on her own for 5+ minutes without even wobbling at all, she literally learned how to do it overnight so try not to worry, she will just surprise you one day 💗

My boy was born 30th and is the same, will sit for a few seconds without support l can see an improvement in how he sits each week - they all get there when they’re ready and in their own time x
