Perhaps too much day time sleep :) my boy is having 1 - 1.5 hour nap & will only sleep for 9.5-10 hours at night. For example he went to sleep at 8pm last night and was awake at 5:30. So I have to push bedtime back to get a later wake up x
We have had this for 6 weeks. Last 2 night it finally stopped but then had split night last night. It could be she’s having too much sleep. My daughter ised to go to sleep at 7 now we extended it to 7.30. She was transitioning down to 1 nap as well so that could have played a factor. Now she has a 2hr nap and sleeps from 7.30-7am. 13-14 total hours sleep is recommended. It’s so hard though to know what’s causing it as could just be developmental. It gave me such bad anxiety at night. You’re not alone xx
