Go-to to feel like yourself post baby

What is your go-to thing to feel as much like yourself as possible? I am caught in the wake up, stay in pajamas all day and catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and don’t recognize myself. Curious what everyone’s go to thing is to feel more yourself each day!

All of the above. Or at least I try to minimum always do skincare and makeup daily

I try to just stay in the same routine even if I have nothing planned. So I get up, shower, put make up and lashes on, hair done and head out by 11am. That way even if I'm wearing gym stuff or comfies out and about I still feel more myself x

Get ready to go out. Some light makeup hair brushed and done nice some cute casual clothes. I went out every day w the baby so I made sure I looked decent, he has Baby bounce on 3 days a week and mothers group and one day w a sahm doing something/going somewhere, and because my friends dress up and look cute, so do I. It’ll look weird if I was bummy around them. I think because you don’t go anywhere you CAN stay in your pjs every day whereas I always had something on to go to. But yes all 3 options. And some weekends I go see my gfs have drinks or date night and that gives me chance to fully dress up

Honestly nothing major, but getting enough with enough time to get dressed & throw on some simple makeup (just enough to make me look awake 🤣) helps 🫶

Self care? During what time?? 🤣🤣
