Worship music

Hello, I just recently decided to devote myself to the lord and I’m looking for any recommendations on Christian music, worship music, or a word of the gospel to listen to on YouTube. Thank you!

Welcome home Sofia 🥰 One of my favorite albums ever is the “Adoration at Ephesus” by the Benedictines of Mary nuns. There’s a mix of super calming Gregorian chant and sweet hymns like “Jesus My Lord My God My All” sung super beautifully. This group of nuns have the sweetest voices.
Bonus is that this album gives my littles peace and calm too 😂 Win win win

For more contemporary stuff, I really love the song “Be Still” by Luke Spehar. I also love the artists Hope&Justin, The Oh Hellos, and Sarah Sparks.

Here’s one of my playlists! Definitely more on the lyrical side (like the lyrics are *chefs kiss*), and more of an earthy indie acoustic style 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you have Amazon prime music? I think I can share a playlist...I recently made one that has 4 hours of music & mostly upbeat feel good...

Sermons by Jackie Hill Perry are really powerful.

And I have too many music suggestions to know how to narrow it down. Do you have any specific genres you like?

Lauren daigle is a fave for music to get me through hard times and I just recently started listening to Forrest frank in the mornings and his songs lift my hands and hallelujah are an awesome way to start your day. Joyce meyer is my favorite speaker she’s hilarious and real and talks about real life situations and how to handle them like Jesus Christ would want us to and also Pricilla shirer is a good speaker but also her movie war room is really fantastic and courageous is a really good movie to watch with hubby/whole family. Hope this helps!

Alla that is over 4 hours of music! I played this list for my daughter's 9th bday in the background and it suited the mood/energy level well I believe. I like this list for getting me going to clean too 😆

Happy for you!! 🙏🏽🫶🏽. I’m still exploring myself but so far I do highly recommend Lauren Daigle!!! Start with her song Tremble, Bethel Music (I love Homecoming soo much), CèJae, Cory Asbury, Anne Wilson (My Jesus).

Now if you REALLY REALLY want to be taken to church here are some artists/gospel songs I grew up listening to through my mother: Yolonda Adams(Open My Heart, In The Midst of It All, Fragile Heart, The Battle Is The Lord’s), Marvin Sapp—Never Would Have Made It, Silver and Gold (Live) — Kirk Franklin, I Smile— Kirk Franklin
