I had this for a couple days randomly around 31 weeks, apparently it can be a part of carpel tunnel syndrome which is common in pregnancy. It went after those couple of days for me so hopefully it does the same for you🤞
Carpal tunnel 😣 had it for about 12 weeks now and it's horrible. Sleeping with neutral wrists (you can get wrist splints off amazon) does help a bit.. But it's just "one of those pregnancy things" 😭
It’s carpel tunnel, it’s a nightmare 🙄 I got told it can last upto about 6 weeks PP too
I’ve had this since about 25 weeks now 35 weeks, I wake up with pins and needles and numb hands 🫣
Yep that's carpal tunnel, very common and normal unfortunately! Can swell your fingers too
I’m suffering so bad with this atm and now my feet are swollen off being at work 😢
@Ellie yep my feet and hands are really swollen 😢
I’ve had really stiff & achey hands for a few weeks now, sometimes I struggle to move them & grip things. My midwife said it’s common & it’s signs of carpel tunnel. She said it’s important to keep movement in your hands as much as you can to help the liquid keep moving which will help.
Never had this. Ask your midwife
