Is there a pattern to when your baby is tantruming? Could they be tired, hungry, overstimulated, understimulated or, have they been doing something that they shouldn't be & you've told them 'no'? If you know the cause of the tantrum you can either avoid it or, prepare for it.
It is mainly when she’s told no, or she will just get frustrated in general. She sleeps fairly well at night 12 hours and has 1 nap a day, always eating and has snacks and consistent meals. We go out the house everyday to either a play group, farm, park, walk etc and then play at home usually in the afternoon. She’s fine at everyone else’s house but just seems bored at home so tantrums start

Experiencing same at the moment. He wants to be more independent and he gets very frustrated if he doesn’t get it straight away and of course when I say no. I try to change sentences from no to a positive thoughts and it’s seem to work. But it needs extra energy 😁x
