Breastfeeding

Before becoming pregnant, I used to smoke from a pen here and there. My baby is 5 months old now and sometimes I crave the high specially after putting him down for bed but I feel guilty doing it as I start thinking of the possibility of it getting passed down to him 😩 Any advice?

Ik imma get some hate for this, but I occasionally smoke when my bf home, and I’m still nursing but she’s 1. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about smoking n nursing or the side effects. But maybe just do it occasionally?

you are fine mamas only 0.02 is in your breastmilk from feeding it won't do nothing really to them I don't think it can do any harm😂I Def smoke when he's in bed I feel like it's a reward for all my stress lol
