Sneezing.
I’m 26 weeks pregnant. I have a cold at the minute so I’m sure that’s the culprit but I literally can’t stop sneezing. Probably a total of 30/40 times just today and tonight. To make matters worse? I pee a little every time I sneeze, even if I’ve just been to the toilet! I’m disgusting 😭

I have got cold and cough Been to hospital and was admitted as they suspected chest infection but its not. They just gave me antibiotics for now. Hopefully its passes xx
@Ibtisam I feel your pain, it’s gone straight onto my chest too. Really short of breath, exhausted and what I’m coughing up is not for the faint hearted. Hope you feel better soon x

Oh bless you! Pregnancy can be so hard... I've had the same issue with sneezing and peeing a little and it's a sign of a weakened pelvic floor. Happens in pregnancy no matter what you do but you might want to look into some pelvic floor exercises to mitigate it! Xx
