Not in the same situation particularly but I can say I’ve had pain too, it also hurts if anyone or anything touches or presses where the epidural went which I’m not sure is normal but I get you with not being able to get a doctors appointment. It may be something worth mentioning when you have your midwife appointment? or call triage maybe if it’s super bad and you can’t get in at a doctors. Hope you sort something! 🫶🏻
Have either of you been able to get any help with it? I'm sure now being pregnant there not gonna be alot they can give me, but I need someone to acknowledge the pain I'm in and just tell me what kinda things are best for me to do cos I just wanna be able to get out of my bed and play with my girl. Thank you for both replying 🙏
Yup twice. I got pregnant at 9 months pp and then at 5 months pp and now 10 months pp
Try belly band?
I will look into belly bands. Did you suffer with your back like not being able to move around properly?
Yes in my second pregnancy
@Em thank you for the recommendation
I’m not pregnant but 11 month pp and had the most awful back pain where the epidural was put and it hasn’t left since the first few weeks of having my son, I’ve heard from other people I know who have had a c-section have the same pain but not everyone xx
