Pump and dump?
I’ve had 3 drinks at a function and can’t help but feel guilty. How long would you pump and dump for?

You’re still safe to feed, very little traces actually go into your milk, you’d have to be really drunk for anything to pass through. ‘If you can find the baby you can feed the baby’ 🙂

Midwife said it’s absolutely fine to keep feeding when I asked :) or pump and store for another day if you preferred
