No baby shower

Single mom trying to figure it out. I have a toddler and expecting twins. Bf broke up with me a few weeks after finding out I was pregnant. I’m not going to have a baby shower because I have no friends and only a small family they aren’t that support system I wish I had. If any one can maybe help and check out my registry it would mean a lot. Or if anyone that has also been through this and can be a friend and be there for me I literally have no one to talk to I cry a lot at nights. I joined Facebook group to get free baby stuff and I’ve been researching on how I can other things for cheap. I just been feeling so helpless and having no partner or friends makes me depressed I feel like with the pregnancy being so rough and having no one to talk to I just haven’t been able to enjoy it and it really sucks. Anything is appreciated i looked at resources already since twins will be double the stuff so it really stresses me out.
