Daytime naps

How many naps are your babes having during the day? Mines basically transitioned herself to one nap a day and I’m kinda freaking out maybe her wake windows are too long? Google says they should transition to one nap a day after 18 months?

Mine transitioned to 1 nap at 9 months! Now 11 months (1 in 2 weeks) His current schedule is. Wakes up: 7:30am Nap: 11-2 Bed: 7:30/8:00pm Will wake up around 2/3am for a quick bottle then falls back asleep. If he is up early in the morning then he will take 2 naps. 10-12 then 4:00-4:45 then bed at 8:30/9:00. But that’s maybe 2-3 times a month when he needs 2 naps.

Mine still needs two naps. But with my first he transitioned to one nap early. If they don’t go crazy before bed time I say do what works for you I liked the one nap days cause it made it possible to schedule stuff throughout the day.

1-2 naps depends on the day.. My son wakes at 6am goes down for his first nap at 10-1030. Up at 1230-1. If he naps longer, 3+ hours he usually doesn’t want his second nap. But we usually try to put him down around 3/4pm, he sleeps for about an hour. Then bedtime 7-730. He fights his second nap sometimes, but we are still trying. All we can do, right lol 😅🤷🏼‍♀️

Mine is on one long nap at daycare during the week, and usually 2 shorter naps on the weekends. If your baby is not acting overly tired and sleeping well, I wouldn't worry about the number of naps. I know it's hard not to freak out because of what Google says, but if what you're doing works for you and your baby and they're getting the sleep they need and not waking constantly, then that's all that matters.

This girl takes 1 nap, and it's so random. I had it all timed at a point. Not anymore. She does sleep through the night. She like a bear and sometimes don't wake till the afternoon.

1 nap and has been for a couple of months. He sleeps 12+ hours at night, though.
