Is it possible to be over- AND under- stimulated at the same time?

I feel overstimulated and touched out by the time my babe goes to bed but at the same time, I feel like I’m not mentally stimulating myself enough. I went from working full time to sahm.

It is definitely possible! ❤️ I know it sounds easier than it is, but try and make time to prioritise yourself when you can 🥰 Make sure to give yourself a set amount of time a day, if you are single, either when baby is asleep or if you have a partner when they get home and give you time to yourself, to do what makes you happy! Even if that is a little thing like a nice long bath with a book, or if you like to play any games? Or, if you are not feeling mentally stimulated, I love sudoku or puzzles, things like that to get my brain concentrating on something really helps me! Anything where you are prioritising making sure that you’re feeling good and not thinking about anything else! ❤️ It is so super important to not forget about self care and your mental health when becoming a parent, and these little things will help massively in making sure that you still feel like yourself and not just a mum ❤️ You’ve got this! ❤️
