I haven’t had a period this month and last time my fiancé and I had sex was couple weeks ago, today randomly I noticed some bleeding that was brown mixed with tiny bit of red like very tiny I’ve neverrr had brown discharge this is the second time going to the bathroom that I’ve noticed brown discharge with a very tiny cramp feeling.. what could this be??
