I gave birth November 19th, ever since then my skin has been really sensitive to specifically the water where we live, any products for it?? My skin turns red in patches and itches REALLY bad and then burns

Omg wait the same thing has been happening to me!!! I'll apply aquaphor, lotion, baby cream and it helps for a little bit but it never fully goes away. My skin gets so dry it cracks and bleeds it's nuts and im so over it😠im gonna try nipple butter next cause atp idk what to do (also I share a birthday with your baby i thought that was super cool! :) )
This started with my second almost 3 years ago. I have found that during the winter it's worst. It's only on my hands and washing dishes or washing my hands causes it. The best treatment for me is lotion or hand cream then go right over it with Vaseline.
It sounds like eczema! My skin is like that and I’ve had eczema my entire life, have you went to the dr? They’ll prescribe a cream and it’ll clear it up
