Best to speak to a pharmacist x

I have a cold at the moment and hardly anything is safe to use as it goes into your milk. I drink a lot of lemon and ginger tea. Nose sprays are safe, so are lozenges, and some cough syrups. Check the packaging or speak with the pharmacist/sales person. Hope you feel better soon!

Sudafed nose spray! I also use a natural nose spray called xclear... If you take decongestant tablets it can dry up your milk supply!

Thanks everyone x
