Second yoga. I did a 6 week pregnancy yoga class local to me, and it really helps with lower back and pelvic pain 😊
I have this too. I think it’s round ligament pain. Mine goes away if I sit down again but when it happens it’s SO PAINFUL
No advice but I’m 22 weeks too and have the same issue! It takes me a while to get going again once I’m up 🤦🏻♀️
Exercise ball. I got one at 23 weeks and it's helping loads! You can find videos online for how a pregnant woman should use an exercise ball. It's also tells you to get a size big enough for your height and it should be blown up enough that your knees are a right angle to the floor so they aren't above or below your pelvis
You can self refer to antanatel physio thats helping me im 24 weeks with twins and have pelvic/back pain. Also the ball helps too just check what your local physio would be and you can fill a form online or ask your midwife x
Join a local pregnancy yoga class if you can, or there’s loads on YouTube at home.. my instructor has taught us loads of stretches for the lower back and pelvis and it’s helped massively
Try a pregnancy belt i got spd and it helps alot with that and the pelvis x
I’ve been doing pregnancy yoga videos on YouTube and it’s helped me a huge amount with back pain, and a pregnancy ball x
