my bb gets a good latch and eats fine doesn’t have any ties but its still so painful to feed and the initial latch is still hell😭 (im a month pp and ebf in the day he gets one night bottle)

Speaking from experience it shouldn’t be painful after the first few days. Where are you based? Have you considered getting the latch assessed/seeing a lactation consultant?
I didn't find it painful but very intense for the first latch every time for the first 6 weeks. Then it got better. Keep up the great work mama! And by 3 months your boobs will regulate and get softer. This is normal. 👍
i found around the 1 month mark the worst bit, i was in so much pain latching the baby on initially (the actual feed was normally okay after the first bit), it got so so much better around 7/8 weeks for me.

Bless you, it can be so hard at the beginning, I was the same and it started to get better around 6 weeks and no pain by 8. Are you able to put baby in different positions to help ease it? I found laying my baby on her front on my tummy was a more comfortable latch. You've got this, you're doing amazing!!
