Im 7 months pp and still get pains
Massage is apparently really good. When in the shower and with creams and oils after. I feel sore the next day after massaging it and I’m a year pp.
I am 13 weeks pp from my 2nd c-section. I just had my first physical therapy session with a pelvic floor specialist. She recommended massage for the scar once a day and massaging right above the scar as well. I will be starting physical therapy to strengthen my core muscles next week so let’s see what additional things that PT tells me.
I still got random pains around my scar years after my first c-section but in the 2nd section we found out that I had a lot of scar tissue so that is most likely the culprit
I just ride it out. My dr said its normal and my nerves are jus reconnecting
