What's the routine?
Tackle one thing at a time. Assess what's bad for health...like dirty sink or floors and prioritize first, then things like folding or putting away clothes or organizing toys can come last. It will never be perfect. You could clean all day, which it literally feels like most days, and still be behind on everything. Do give yourself some grace. As far as sleep goes, is this new? Could they be Teething? Hopefully that passes. Hang in there
Start with one room at a time, and one job in that room. Break it down into management tasks. As another poster says, give yourself grace. It is hard juggling it all.
