I would call the police. TPO and you see them- call police.

Call the police

As far as legally giving advice idk because I think only your lawyer would be able to give you the best advice but if your TPO has a certain distance this person is supposed to be from you and they break it by coming within that distance to record you then I would think so, however unsure of the legalities of someone stalking you and photographing you while in your home, if this is new I’m sure it would only assist you with finding a way to take it to court. Please stay safe and reach out to law enforcement when you feel uneasy.

@Kirsten he’s not supposed to be within 500 feet of my son and anyone that’s in the home that my son lives at he was standing by my door when I looked out the window and he recorded me without my knowledge telling my dad I was going to call the cops because he’s not supposed to be at our house my lawyer told me that the order is in effect as soon as our judge signs the order which she got noticed that the order was signed. The cops won’t do shit because they said he didn’t violate the order

Still call and create a paper trail. Even if they don’t make him leave make them write a report, insist on it. This will provide more evidence for your trial

@Shiloh this is the second time he violated the PO and which the police was called

@Jazmine I’m so sorry, this must be really scary for you at this time. Keep reporting if you see him. You’re doing the best you can to keep your family safe and that means a lot

@Jazmine sorry just saw this! Honestly, I’m not sure what to say about the cops not doing anything because if you have proof of him being at your door which is within that 500 feet prohibited area this should be a case closed. broke tpo . and have them picked up, because that tpo is signed. Only advice I have is to ensure you are documenting proof and keep calling as someone else noted (keep a paper trail) also see when is the soonest your lawyer can get you a physical copy of the signed order.

@Kirsten she sent me one and I showed them

I would definitely add this to the police report, and keep for case. Could possibly show how close he is to your home if you can capture the time and location when this network showed up.
