Glucose test today

I had my glucose test this morning - bloods, drink, 2 hour wait, second bloods. The drink was fine, as I've seen others say it was like a capri sun, the after taste wasn't great but it went away with water. Apparently the glucose drink they used to use was more like a thick syrup, where as this one was literally just like a juice. I haven't had any symptoms from it - no nausea, sweating, upset tummy etc. Just feel normal. Does this mean anything? Like my body has handled the glucose well etc. Or is it just one of those thing? I'd like to know if the people who felt rubbish after/during it then went on to get diagnosed with GD, or visa versa.
