Nothing making my 14 month old happy last couple of days and it’s coincided with him properly walking
Yeah this happens. Bathtime just goes in phases in my experience. I’ve got a 3.5 year old as well and we’ve had phases of pure hatred of the bath and times when he tries to cling to the bottom to stay in it. He’s hated having his hair washed for so long and tonight he asked us to do it and exclaimed afterwards that he loved having his hair washed. Best advice is that there is an element of riding it out but it’s always worth trying to change things up yourself with an exciting new game or something.
My daughter now stands up and tries to climb out when she’s clearly had enough 🙈 our baths consist currently of in hair washed and body washed then anything longer than that we take as a win, she doesn’t cry though to be fair just tells us when she’s had enough 🤣
Thank you everyone 💖
Yep he was always really chilled out, didn't mind water in his face or anything. 2 weeks ago he started whining as soon as he got in. Baths became very short for a week or so. He's ok again now but doesn't enjoy water in his face anymore so he gets a bit sad when his hairs being washed
