This is amazing! I've been doing it for about a week now but most I've got is 0.7 in one day. Most of them are around 0.3-0.5 Any tips? 🫣 x

@Natasha how many times are you trying a day ? The 1.0ml was from twice, I got 0.3 the first time and 0.4 the second time 😊 x Also make sure you’re relaxed, hydrated and warm, they say it’s really good to do in the bath or hold a warm compress to the boob before trying 😁 xxx
