I can mostly hear it she did let out a load of snot earlier though
It could potentially be silent reflux, that's known to cause congestion. If it's just true viral congestion, you're doing all you really can though the only other thing would be a regular humidifier instead of the calpol plug in -per the manufacturer they are only recommended for 3+ months old because infants can be sensitive to essential oils and aromatherapy so that could be causing mucosal irritation?
She has got acid reflux and has just came out of hospital with basically the common cold all her other symptoms like her fever and body aches have passed it’s just this snotty nose… calpol plug in is in the hallway to help my toddler not in our room so she’s not getting much of the smell… I’ll try the humidifier I just feel so helpless 🙁
Are you getting secretions out when you're suctioning her or is it just that you can hear it?
