Seeking Advice About Home Life

Some background: I live with my fiancé, our 4 mo, and my fiancé's mother in her home. We are both college students and cannot afford to live on our own. I didn't realize it when I moved in, but his house is typically disgusting (they always cleaned it well when I stayed over). His mom's two dogs pee and poop all over the house, even though we let them outside all the time. I am constantly stressed being here with them - crying everyday I'm home. Spend 3 nights a week at my parents' house, which is a much needed break and helps a lot. Any advice about the dogs? Or what to do once my lo starts moving around? I don't want him putting /anything/ in his mouth that's been on the ground because the dogs have definitely peed on it.
