When did you get your first period whilst breastfeeding?
I’m 5 months pp and exclusively breastfeeding. I was hoping that my period would keep away a bit longer but unfortunately it’s made an appearance today. Has anyone else had there’s appear yet?

I had one at 3 months but nothing since then, but not unusual for me to go that long between them anyway!
@Chantelle yes she has been sleeping through the night mostly. That’s interesting but I guess makes sense. Thanks for sharing!
Got one at 4 months ebf and just got it again but it was a week late! Hormones and feeding definitely play a key part, it probably won’t be consistent for awhile!

Mine came back at 4months EBF - Is your little one sleeping through the night? I read that can be a contributing factor to it coming back early if they sleep through before 6 months. My little girl is 6 months next week and I’ve had 2 so far x
