i did a lot of standing workouts while holding baby in a moby wrap and i just would go to youtube to look up a 20-30 min walking recovery workout,, i also would do pelvic floor exercises from this one instagram coach who is amazing with recovery i can send you her at if you are interested i used the belt they gave me after my c section and it helped me to feel less empty and then upgraded to a waist trainer/sweat belt
