Therapy
Has anyone done behavior therapy with a 5 year old? speech therapy and occupational therapy was also suggested. We are starting next month.

@Sarah you can apply for assistance. My son’s speech therapist gave us the info to apply for medical assistance for him to get private help
I would never do behavior therapy on my kids… ABA is abuse. But speech and occupational therapy if done appropriately.
@Lyss that's good for you but every family is different and will chose to do things differently.

My son is in speech and occupational. Our insurance won't cover aba therapy. But therapy goes a LONG way.
