Not eating

My toddler is 19 months and he is usually an eater!!! He would eat anything you put in front of him, all his meals, etc. we had no worries because he was not picky As of yesterday, it’s so weird. The minute I try to get him to eat any meal, full on tantrum saying no. He doesn’t warm to want to eat. He’ll ask for snacks - I sometimes would try to get him to eat just one bite and then he could have snacks but nope - full tantrum Is anyone else experiencing this sudden change?

Toddlers can live on goldfish, fruit, and air, I swear.

Yes currently with my 1 yr old

Let him snack through the day!! Most, not all, toddlers are grazers. They don’t have the attention span to sit and eat because they’re entertained by their food. They wanna explore. Just make sure that the snacks you’re giving him, would give him the same nutrition as his meals. If he can eat thin cut crunchy veggies, make him a baby crudite board that he can come and go to as he pleases. As long as he’s getting a balanced diet via snacking it’s all good

They go thru it! My 20mth old can eat like a man one week and the next week hes eating crackers water🥴 just keep offering but don't stress him. I always have snacks available. And always ask hey buddy you wanna have a snack with momma 😃
