When is the right age to put my 14 month old and 2 month old in their own room?

I have just moved into my first place. And currently they are both in with me. i have ordered their beds for their room coming in the next few days.. question is would you recommend waiting to room them together at this age ? my original thought was to put my 14 month old in their room when it arrives, but most likey keep baby in with me until he’s atleast about 7 months ( maybe more ) for a few reasons of safety and the wakings of my lo currently. Can someone tell me what they did or what would be recommend ?

We did at 14 months because that’s when we got a bigger place to give him his own room but with my 3 month old we’ll be moving him at a year since that’s when they start sleeping through the night. Honestly it helped my son’s sleep schedule to not have us there. It was rough the first 2 nights while he adjusted but he walks himself to his room for naps and bed time now. He enjoys his space

My 17 month old has been in her own room since about 11-12 months old. My 3 month old is in my room and I’ll probably keep him in our room till around 12 months old then they’ll share a room

My daughter (20 months) has been in her own room since 6/7 months. Our second is due in 5 weeks and eventually will be sharing a room with her. We plan to keep baby in with us until at least 6 months, but possibly more if he turns out to not be a great sleeper as my toddler sleeps well and I don’t want to disrupt her

I would recommend waiting to room them together. Put the oldest in their own room and keep baby with you. Me personally, I'd be concerned that the oldest might try to climb in the baby's bed or put things in there.

Thankyou everyone x
