I was just going through this… I literally made a post on Instagram and was asking everyone for help!!. I started feeding a high protein meal right before bed and now most nights of the week my baby sleeps through the night. He no longer eats overnight unless it’s like a real off reason.
I always try give a high fat high protein food with tea. He going to sleep before bed in cot on own after a feed, I just feed lay him in cot within 10 minutes he is asleep so he can self soothe
He is just wake twice a night every night, he used sleep through, but got very ill (hospitalised) so end up constantly trying to feed him, now he fully better been ages he constantly wants night feeds. I'm breast feeding so difficult to reduce feeds as don't know how much having
He is nearly 9m but slept through from 3m to 7m
I used to nurse her to sleep. So I started by feeding her then unlatching and rocking her to sleep. Then after a while of that I’d get her and just rock her to back to sleep. Then after a while of that I’d let her cry for 5 minutes then go in and sit next to her or pat her back and just let her know I was there. Then I started to put her to bed awake right away. We have the hatch so it plays her a story then white noise. And ever since she has done a pretty good job of sleeping through the entire night. She also has a ms Racheal doll that talks and sings in bed with her. She’s now 19 months tho so idk how old yours is 🫶
