We do BLW so we give anything we’re eating in appropriately cut pieces and softness.
We do things like banana pancakes, sweet potato fries or pancakes, different fruits in a silicone feeder, our girl tried scrambled eggs the other day, pizza today, mashed potatoes.. all the things. I do try to space them out a day or two to make sure there’s no allergies but our family doesn’t have food allergies aside from shellfish so I don’t worry too much.
Baby can eat all the same things you do. The only things to avoid are honey, and excess of salt and sugar. Introduce one allergen at a time, but other than that have fun.
