@Imogen thanks! I can’t seem to sleep with a pregnancy pillow behind me, I sleep with it in front, I might try a normal pillow instead
My sister had this problem and ended up sewing tennis balls to her a pj top , it stopped her from rolling on her back
I have this same worry as I’m a back sleeper too. However spoke to my cousin, who is a midwife, and she said the chances are if it was doing any harm, it would wake you up! It’ll make you feel dizzy too if there was any pressure on anything there shouldn’t be too much pressure on. So don’t panic! A pregnancy pillow always helps to build a wall behind you when you sleep on your side, that way it should stop you from being completely flat on your back xx
