Should be In my 8th week…

I went to my first prenatal appointment and they couldn’t find a baby, then I was sent to get blood work down and my hcg was 8,993 the first day and the second time around they dropped to 8,559. I shouldn’t google my symptoms but I’m worried. Should I be? I have another appointment coming up this week with another ultrasound but I fear the worse. Any advice is welcomed!
